How I Learned to Build by Solving Problems
10 years ago, I started as a risk management intern. In 2019,
a homecare nurse asked me to solve a compliance problem I'd never
faced. I said yes, learned for 3 months, and built CarePolicy—
now serving 500+ providers. That's my approach: learn hard problems,
build solutions, help others do the same.
